Built in 1960 and renovated in the year 2000, the hotel comprises a 3-storey building with a total of 188 rooms of which 71 are apartments. The hotel also has a sizeable garden (2,000 m�). The air-conditioned hotel has a 24-hour reception area with a lift and various other facilities including a bar, a pub, a TV room and a restaurant with non-smoking area.
