The Estalagem is the oldest hotel in Obidos and has lots of character and it is ideal for a weekend away in the lovely medieval town of Obidos mp 11/08
The hotel is located next to the entrance to the walled city of Obidos and it is surrounded by traditonal buildings with white outer walls with blue edges. The Estalagem used to be a monastery and its construction dates back to the medieval time .

LobbyThe lobby and reception area are very small but cosy, the decoration has kept many of the original features of this lovely building such as the low ceilings and the large wooden beams on the ceiling very well preserved and still is full use. He colour scheme and the furnishings are traditional. The floors are in ceramic floors and wooden carved furnishings.
