From the living room you get out onto the private terrace.\nThe apartment also includes a small kitchen equipped with fridge, washing machine, gas oven and a small folding table.\nThe night area includes two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed 180 x 190, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe, a second bedroom with two single beds and a chest of drawers.\nThe property comes with two bathrooms : the first bathroom has a comfortable shower, the second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. Linens and towels provided.\nThe apartment has white floors.\nUpon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.\nThe Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.\n
