The apartments, built in 1790 and renovated in 1999, represent the best example of a Baroque house in El Puerto de Santa Maria. The fa�ade displays great beauty with an undulating design and balconies that further enhance the intense Baroque-style building. Other major construction elements are twisted columns, the main courtyard surrounded by galleries, with beams, rails and fittings which have been restored in full. The establishment consists of 13 50-m� apartments and 4 75 m�-apartments and offers various services such as free wireless Internet access for guests and a restaurant with terrace. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby, cloakroom, lift access, a games room, TV lounge, caf� and a bar. For additional fees guests may take advantage of the room and laundry services and the garage. Bicycle hire is available onsite.

This family-friendly city beach complex corresponds in style to the local houses dating from the 18th century, with marked Baroque lines, 3 floors and a garden. The 2 first floors house nine rooms and the last offers a terrace. The garden was to be found at the end of the house and featured a fountain and an open gallery with columns. This property comprises a total of 19 apartments and facilities include a lobby, a cloakroom and lift access. There is a caf�, a bar, wireless Internet access and a laundry service (for an additional fee). A car park and covered garage parking are available (both for an extra charge). It is also possible to hire bicycles on the premises (charges apply).
