A very good popular 4* hotel close to Kruger park. The Winkler has an outdoor swimming pool in a breathtaking setting surrounded by tall trees and forest, tennis court, a bar with a seperate lounge and meetig facilities. Game drives can be organised from the hotel. (AHJ 05/09)
Situated close to Whiteriver and just 14 km's from Mpumulanga airport, the Winkler is a short drive to the Kruger National Park and is an excellent place to stay for those wanting to explore the many attractions of the surrounding area as well as kruger.
The hotel is split into two buildings. One is an apartment style 2 storey block and the other is a round rondavel style building painted white with a 'boma' style roof which is common in the area.
