The Queens is located within the old city walls of York overlooking the river Ouse, and within the city centre.Minutes from York Minster the hotel is perfectly located for leisure guests exploring the city, and also provides easy access to surrounding routes to cities such as Harrogate and Leeds.
A modern looking, pale brick building, set across 4 floors. Very attractive because the river flows directly at the side of the hotel. Limited parking available at the hotel, but must be pre-booked with hotel in advance. ********************************* Until mid-end of June The main route, Skeldergate, is currently undergoing gas engineering works and parts of the road will be closed to traffic, diversion routes are in place. Please follow the diversion signs which currently bring you into Skeldergate via Fetter Lane. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. *****************************************
