This luxurious hotel, which has 149 rooms in total, was once a grand Victorian manor house. The building dates back to 1901. It is known for its first-class service and wonderful amenities. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby with 24-hour reception, a safe, currency exchange facility, cloakroom and lift access. Bar, dining and conference facilities, as well as room and laundry services are available.

The hotel is located about 70 km north west of Manchester Airport. Take the M6, exiting at J32 onto the M55. Immediately take Exit 1. At the roundabout take the A6 Northbound towards Garstang. The hotel is about a kilometre further on, on the right. It is about 65 km from Liverpool. Join the M6 from the M62 Eastbound. Exit the M6 at J32. Join the A6 Northbound towards Garstang. The hotel is approximately a km further on, on the right. It is about 20 km from Blackpool Airport. Heading southeast follow the signs for the M55 motorway. Exit the motorway at Junction 1 and follow the signposts for Preston and Garstang. At the end of the slip road turn left onto Garstang Road. The hotel entrance is approximately 500 yards further on, on the right hand side. It is clearly signposted.
