Set on a rock-face stradled between two beaches, the resort overlooks the Indian Ocean and sprawls out for 44 acres. Access to the beach is either by a short walk or buggy ride. Trivandrum International airport is 15 kilometres, or 20 minutes away.
The resort is made up of a number of buildings with the lobby area at the top and the rooms constructed down the cliff towards the beach. The pool area overlooks the Indian Ocean, as do the food and beverage outlets. The resort is easily managed on foot or complimentary golf carts are always available to transport guests around the resort.
