How do I claim
All you have to do is send us the website link (URL) of which you found the lower price. Make sure that the details are exactly the same:
Same hotel
Same dates
Same room type
Same Change / Cancellation policy
Same Extras (breakfast, lunches, extra options, etc.)
Email us these details to BPG@flyin.com. With writing your Flyin booking id on the subject.
Note: We will verify your claim within 72 working hours then credit your Flyin e-wallet with double the difference post the check-out date of your stay.
The amount will be credited to your wallet after the checkout date of your stay & will be valid for 3 months.
The competitive offer has to be a live once we check the URL, and the offer has to be for the same property, room type, meal plan, accommodation dates, amendments and cancellation policy.
The claim has to be prior to the check-in date by minimum of 7 days.
The claim amount can't exceed the total booking value.
A single customer can avail this offer for 2 times in a calendar year.
You are not entitled for Best Price Guarantee Program if:
If the competitive offer is a special promotion or deal.
If the competitive offer is part of a loyalty or rewards program.
If the competitive offer is on a website that doesn’t reveal the property or accommodation type until you booked it.
If the competitive offer is a corporate discounted rates, group rates, reward program rates, meeting rates, convention rates, coupon or voucher rates, or any other rates that is not available for general public.

Do I need to make a booking with you in order to submit a claim?

How do I know if my claim has been approved or declined?

You will receive an email or a phone call within 72 hours.
We have received your payment information and it is under verification
Within one hour, you will receive the booking confirmation if payment is received.
