The George hotel is situated in the market town of Wallingford, between Oxford and Reading. Sited in the centre of town, it offers convenient access to shops, banks and other amenities. Regular buses run to Oxford, Reading, and other local towns from the Market Square, just a short walk from the hotel and a taxi rank is located there beside the Town Hall.
It is a 16th Century Coaching Inn with attractive wooden beams.
