An older 9 floor building houses this hostel of low standard. It stands on a rather big campus area on a hill just 1.500 meters from the center of town. Some basic renovation will take place before the Championships but sanitary and room quality will remain low. Every two rooms share a separate bathroom and a toilet. Being very centrally located there are shops, bars and restaurants in the vicinity of the campus. The stadium is 6 km from the hostel and can be reached by public transport.
