The apartment complex was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2004. There are 240 apartments/studios in total over 5 floors. The complex offers guests a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a lounge, a bar/caf?, 3 lifts, a games room, a conference room and a buffet restaurant. In addition, guests are offered use of WLAN Internet access as well as an Internet point (fee apply).
