The small complex of 20 apartments is just 30 metres from the sea. There is a small terrace around the pool suitable for sunbathing. There is a selection of watersport activities available on the beaches. The resort centre can be reached in about 15 minutes walking along the seafront promenade.
The Pollensamar Apartments are next to the beach and under a mile from the centre of town at the end of a section of beachfront promenade called Pine Walk. The local beaches are sandy and, for families, benefit from shallow waters. In the town are four small coves and a quiet, uncrowded main beach. There is a marina, shops, boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants and nightlife - all with a relaxed atmosphere.
