The hotel building was constructed in 1972 and renovated in 2009. It consists of 5 floors in the main building with a total of 110 rooms, of which 10 are singles and 100 are doubles. The hotel also enjoys a spacious garden. The hotel facilities include a lobby with a lift, a TV room, a hairdresser, a beauty salon, a lounge, a playground, bicycle rental as well as a car park. Dining options include a homely bar and a non-smoking restaurant. Further facilities include Internet access and laundry services, both services for an added fee.

On leaving the airport, follow the signs to Santany� on PM-19, which leads through Campos to Santany�. On arrival in Santany� turn right on to the ring road and continue until the Cala Figuera/Cala Santany� junction and turn right. At the next roundabout turn right again off the Cala Figuera road down to Cala Santany�. At the stone well at the bottom of the valley turn right (following the signs) and the hotel is some 500 metres up the road on the left.
