The complex is formed of two buildings: Edificio Bellamar with 27 apartments and Edificio "Pollensa Park" with 8 units, most of them with sea view. All apartments are equipped with one bedroom, complete kitchen, full bathroom, salon/dining-room, balcony, air conditioning, hair dryer, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box and satellite TV. There is a swimming pool and garden with an area for children. Guests also have access to the complex of the hotel Pollensa Park close to the apartments.

The complex Bellamar is situated in the first line facing the beach and 800 metres away from the centre of the beautiful resort of Puerto Pollensa.
