The hotel is in Act Tower, a cultural complex landmark of Hamamatsu city and just a few minutes from the East Exit of Hamamatsu station via pedestrian walkway. It takes 35 minutes from Nagoya, 70 minutes from Kyoto, 90 minutes from both Osaka and Tokyo by bullet train (Tokaido Shinkansen). Airport shuttle bus from / to "Centrair" (Central International Airport) in Nagoya, stops at Hamamatsu station everyday and it takes approximately two hours.
