Situated in a building dating back to the late 17th century and facing a characteristic Venetian campiello (a typical courtyard), the air-conditioned city hotel was renovated in 2010 and offers its guests a wonderful Venetian experience. Formerly the property of the Marchesi Family from 1866 and the winter residence of the great-grandparents of the current owners, the building was transformed into a hotel in 1963. Facilities available to guests at the 28-room city hotel include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access, a TV lounge, breakfast room and Internet access (fees apply).

From Santa Lucia train station: take the water taxi directly in front of the Da Raffaele restaurant, near the Dee Ostreghe bridge, behind the hotel (in about 20 minutes) or the water bus line 1 to S. Maria del Giglio's water bus station (in about 50 minutes). From here guests can easily reach the hotel on foot in less than 5 minutes.
