This family-friendly city hotel is housed in a former 17th century 'Palazzo' - the residence of an ancient Venetian family. In 2008 it was fully restored in classical style and features a spectacular view of the Osmarin Canal. The restoration has preserved the charm and history of the residence and its 16 guest rooms. The perfectly harmonious and balanced atmosphere created by plaster, damask fabric, furniture, Venetian flooring, frescoes, ceilings with exposed beams (by Sansovino) and maximum attention to detail, recreates the atmosphere of the 1700s in Venice without neglecting modern technology. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility and lift access. Guests may also take advantage of the room service.
Guests should alight at S. Zaccaria boat station on Riva degli Schiavoni and go over the bridge on the right. Turn left and pass through the S.Zaccaria underpass (Sottoportico - between Hotel Savoia and Jolanda and Hotel Paganelli) to Campo S. Zaccaria. Then turn left at the corner and a little further on, on reaching Campo S. Provolo, turn immediately right. Go through the underpass and proceed along the edge of Canal Osmarin. The hotel is around 60 m further on, on the right-hand side.
