An external spiral staircase leads up to its private roof terrace, decorated with flowers and plants.\nThe entrance of the apartment opens onto the living area, furnished with a single sofa-bed and a large cupboard with glass shelves, and complete with a modern and fully accessorized American kitchen offering all high-tech necessities including a cooker and oven, a fridge with separate large freezer and a dishwasher. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a TV and a DVD player. The bathroom is fitted with a shower stall.\nThe apartment has independent heating system and is air conditioned. No pets allowed.\nUpon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.\nThe Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.\n
