In the same building there is a one bedroom apartment which can be rented together with this property.\nThis bright apartment, fitted with WiFi Internet and air conditioning, opens up into a long corridor leading to the living area, which includes a double sofa bed, a TV corner, a dining table for 4 people and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen complete with microwave oven.\nAnother corridor leads to the sleeping area, which comprises a single bedroom with a closet and a desk, two bedrooms with a double bed with a safe, closet and access to the balcony, and two bathrooms with shower one of them is an en-suite bathroom.\nUpon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.\nThe Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.\n
