Both the day area and the kitchen open into the inner courtyard.\nThe night area is composed of a bathroom with two basins, bidet and Jacuzzi tub, washer/dryer, and two bedrooms. Linens and towels provided.\n- The first bedroom comes with a wall closet no doors and a single bed; the windows look out into the courtyard.\n- The second bedroom, looking out onto Via Elvia Recina, comes with a double bed 160X190 cm, a chest of drawers and a sofa. Air conditioning and flat screen TV are provided.\nExtra facilities:\n- Air conditioning only in the master bedroom.\nUpon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.\nThe Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.\n
