The house mirrors the busy life its previous owners: this is the reign of literature, music, art and … magic.\nUpon entering, on the left, you find a spacious wardrobe where you can store all your luggage: opposite there is the double living room -with two air conditioning units- furnished with a three-seater sofa, two black armchairs and a pouf; in the second half of the sitting room there are two sofas for up to 3 people, that can also be used as two comfortable single beds, and a TV corner.\nTwo windows face the street, whilst the walls are decorated with pictures and shelves: some of them are filled with books and lovely objects, others are empty and can be used by the guests.\nThe corridor, embellished by some pictures and mirrors on one side and shelves with stacks of books on the other, stands aside for a unique detail: some horns hang from the ceiling and create a very special atmosphere.\nThe fully fitted kitchen has fridge, microwave, electric and gas oven, a small dishwasher and washing machine; it also comes with a round table with 4 chairs.\nThe night area is composed of a bathroom with tub and hand shower, and a bedroom with a double bed 190X160, a big wardrobe and two antique pieces of furniture. Linens and towels provided.\nAll around, mirrors and paintings bestow a touch of magic to the room.\nThe house has parquet flooring.\nUpon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need.\nFor check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost to be given in cash at check-in, as follows:\nSaturday, Sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - €20\nFrom Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - €20\nSaturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM €40\nEvery day 9PM to 7AM - €40.\nSecurity Deposit: 300\nThere is a security deposit due upon arrival. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.\nThe Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.\n
