An excellent hotel for those looking for a good quality 3 star property with modern touches in the heart of Dublin's Temple bar district. It is particularly busy with a young crowd on Friday and Saturday nights, and guests driving get discounted parking at nearby Christchurch Car Park. Free WiFi is also available throughout the hotel. This hotel is situated close to Christ Church Cathedral, located on Fishamble street in Temple bar. Although the hotel was built in 1996, it is located on one of the most historically important streets in Dublin. It is a great central location in a quiet street with the Guinness Brewery nearby.
It is a fairly traditional style building. The site on which the hotel now stands once housed the music hall where Handel?s Messiah"was first performed. To this day, Handel?s famous work is still recited once a year right outside the front door. A complete renovation of the property has given the hotel a modern feel.
