This Zante studio and apartment complex does not have a pool but it is only 100 metres from the beach and guests are also welcome to use the pool at the Canadian Hotel just a minute's walk away.

The Nicholas Studios are just 100 metres from Laganas Beach and a five minute walk from the main road and the centre (800 metres) with its abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife that make the resort such a popular Zante summer holiday hotspot. Nicholas Studios has 10 one-bedroom studios suitable for up to three people and 4 two-bedroom apartments that can accommodate up to four people. All rooms are air conditioned and have a kitchenette, satellite television, balcony or terrace and a safe.
