This traditional townhouse is located in Kastraki, a quiet district of Kalambaka just on the foot of the Holy Rocks of Meteora. The town center is within easy reach on foot or by taxi. Kastraki is a residential area that is being undergoing a rejuvenation process in the past few years, with many houses and public areas restored to their 19th century grandeur, turning it into an area of major architectural interest.
It is a 19th century grade listed rural townhouse, completely restored its original glory and beyond in 2007. All the original elements such as stone masonry walls, wooden beams and the terra-cotta roof are preserved.
LobbyThe lobby is small and decorated with various traditional handicraft items, and a corridor leads to the main bar. The family who owns the traditional house will welcome you in a variety of European languages.
