The front door opens into a day area where interior design and practicality thrive to achieve excellence in optimizing space. To the left of the entrance is a semi-circular wall with built-in closets framing the fully equipped kitchen corner, complete with all necessities including a dishwasher, whilst facing this, to the right of the entrance, a round table with three chairs stand by a floor lamp with a red lamp-shade, matching the chair cushions. A built-in library at the end of the room frames the sitting area where the couch is.\nBeyond the kitchen and the rounded wall is the open bedroom area, where the double bed is the focal point of the room which is also decorated by a large mirror and a built-in bookcase. To the right of this area is the bathroom, modern and particular in its design and choice of color, and complete with a large stall shower carved out of a niche. Linens and towels provided.\nChildren between 2 and 12 years of age are not allowed.\nUpon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.\nThe Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.\n
