The finca was renovated in 2004 and consists of 4 floors with a total 51 apartments and studios. Amongst the facilities count a lobby with a 24-hour reception and a lift. Guests are also offered a nightclub, a TV room, a games room, a bar and an � la carte restaurant. In addition, there is a conference room as well as a children's playground. Guests may park their cars in the hotel garage. Room and laundry services round off the facilities on offer.
