Banje Beach is just 5 minutes on foot from the premises. The property is only a 5-minute walk from such places of interest as the Rector's Place, the city walls and the city's old quarter. All the apartments are spacious, comfortable and very well furnished. Free-of-charge Wi-Fi is available in the communal zones of the building. This is the ideal place to practice non-motorised water sports, because Dubrovnik Diving Aquarius is just to the south of the city. A catamaran equipped to cater for 30 divers, including those with wheelchairs will enable all visitors to enjoy this sport.
Our guesthouse lies within Gruž, Dubrovnik's natural harbour. It is the economical center of the city where you can find all urban facilities that you might need: shopping malls, the green market and fish market, bars and restaurants, the bus terminal and the port, the main post office and banks. The Old Town is only 20 min away by foot. If you take the local bus which stops nearby you will reach it within 5 min. When in 1985 we opened our guesthouse in a 400 years old stone house, we just wanted to have a place where all of our guests would have what we think is most important in travelling: security, cleanliness, a warm welcome and helpful staff.
