The hotel s large free-form swimming pool is surrounded by terraces with free sunloungers and parasols and if you feel peckish, the pool bar serves quick snacks. The many activities on offer at the Castell de Mar make it a good choice for active couples. You can choose from two tennis courts, small gym, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna, massage room and table tennis, while the regular entertainment will keep everyone entertained in the evenings.
The Alcudia Hotel is typically Majorcan in style with a U shape construction that surrounds an inner patio of palms, spacious sun terraces and two inviting swimming pools (one for adults and one for children). The accommodation is divided into two buildings each with three floors and each apartment is basic but well equipped. As with most beaches there is also the facility to hire water sport equipment and pedaloes, and from S`illot there is a footbridge joining the resort to the next town of Sa Coma with even more choice.
The hotel facilities include swimming pool with jacuzzi, snack bar, tennis courts, gardens, children playground, and tennis tables.This hotel comes highly recommended for families as the beach is almost right on the door step.md 0708.
The Bahia del Sol is just 250 metres from the main sandy beach, where pinewoods provide excellent protection from the sun on hot sunny days. Sunbeds and parasols on the beach can be hired on a daily basis and there are pedalos for hire or a "sausage" ride at the south end of the beach. A safety area for swimming is normally roped off and pedalos, windsurfers, boats and jet skis are not allowed inside the safety zone. A lifeguard is in permanent attendance on this beach.
The Hotel Bahia del Sol will appeal to couples and families - it is close (but not too close) to the shops, bars and restaurants in the resort. The activities and entertainment at the hotel, including live music and shows several nights a week, means there is something for everybody right on the doorstep.
As well as an indoor pool, the attractive outdoor pool area is surrounded by spacious sun terrace area, with a separate section for children. For sports enthusiasts the hotel boasts its own gym which looks out over the pool area, plus a professional bike centre which, as well as offering a bike hire service, also arranges guided biking excursions - very popular in this area. There are no less than five 18-hole golf courses in the vicinity as well as a host of water sports including snorkelling, scuba diving and sailing. The reception team will be happy to assist with organising any of these for you.
The Hostal Bahia is a couple of paces from the beach, hidden among the trees along Pine Walk. Its around 200 metres to the centre of the resort. There are 30 rooms.

The complex is formed of two buildings: Edificio Bellamar with 27 apartments and Edificio "Pollensa Park" with 8 units, most of them with sea view. All apartments are equipped with one bedroom, complete kitchen, full bathroom, salon/dining-room, balcony, air conditioning, hair dryer, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box and satellite TV.
There is a swimming pool and garden with an area for children. Guests also have access to the complex of the hotel Pollensa Park close to the apartments.
There are 3 outdoor fresh-water pools with special areas for the little ones, located at different places in the Club. The Cala d'Or Playa is in a great spot if you're holidaying as a family. It's only about a five or six-minute walk from two lovely coves, while the centre of Cala d'Or is just slightly further on. Better yet, given this is a self-catering place, you're only a few moments from the nearest supermarket. As for what there is to do, the complex puts on a decent activities programme.
